  • Step 1: Choose Your Consultation

    Every great outdoor space begins with the right conversation. Select the consultation option that best fits your needs:
    • Complimentary Consultation – A no-cost way to explore your project and learn what’s possible.
    • Owner Consultation ($300) – A premium strategy session with Greentree`s senior designer for complex or high-value projects.
    During your on-site consultation, we will:
    • Review your goals, space, and budget
    • Discuss ideas and overall project vision
    • Recommend the appropriate design package based on your project scope and
      requirements
    This ensures we guide you into the right level of planning from the very beginning

  • Step 2: Design & Showroom Meeting

    This is where your project starts to take shape.
    Once your design package is confirmed, our team prepares your custom concept. You’ll then be invited to our design studio to “test drive” your future outdoor space.
    During this meeting, you will:
    • Review your custom layout
    • Explore material and finish options
    • Experience your project in lifelike 3D
    • Refine details with our design team
    We collaborate closely with you to adjust layouts, features, and finishes until everything feels exactly right.

  • Step 3: Project Proposal

    With your design finalized, we prepare your detailed project proposal.

    You will meet with our Design Manager and Designer, who will walk you through:
    • Final scope of work
    • Investment and payment structure
    • Project timeline
    • Any optional upgrades or adjustments

    This step ensures full clarity and confidence before moving into construction.

  • Step 4: Pre-Construction Walkthrough & Build

    After approval, we schedule a pre-install walkthrough at your home with your Project Manager, Designer, and Operations Manager to confirm:

    • Layout and measurements
    • Materials and special details
    • Site logistics and access
    • Construction timeline

    This meeting ensures everyone is fully aligned before work begins.

    From there, our experienced crews mobilize and your project manager monitors progress closely, providing updates and maintaining strict quality control throughout the build.

  • Step 5: Final Walkthrough & Warranty

    When construction is complete, we conduct a detailed final walkthrough with you to ensure every element meets Greentree standards — and your expectations.
    Once approved:
    • Your project warranty is activated
    • We provide care and maintenance guidance
    • Any final questions are answered
