    • Complimentary Consultation – A no-cost way to get started.
    • Senior Designer Consultation – In-depth planning session with an experienced designer ($250).
    This on site consultation at your home ensures we understand your goals, space, and budget in order to properly design the perfect outdoor space for your lifestyle and taste.

  • Step 2: Design Meeting at Our Studio

    This is where we get the opportunity to "test drive" the project. At our design studio, you’ll review layouts, material options and explore the design in a life-like 3D rendering. We’ll collaborate with you to adjust layouts, finishes, and features until everything feels just right. Our design team will guide you through the options, answer your questions, and ensure your vision matches the plan.

  • Step 3: Pre-Construction Walkthrough and Construction

    Before work begins, we’ll meet onsite with your designer and foreman to confirm layout, materials, and next steps. This walkthrough ensures that everyone is aligned and confident moving forward. You’ll also get a clear understanding of the construction timeline so you know what to expect during the build. From there, our team will monitor install progress to ensure efficiency and quality control. The design and install teams will work collaboratively with your help to ensure the vision and design is brought to life.

  • Step 4: Final Walkthrough & Warranty

    After construction, we’ll guide you through a final walkthrough to make sure every detail meets your expectations. Once approved, your warranty is activated, giving you peace of mind that your investment is protected.
